New Director General Appointed to Glavkosmos
MOSCOW, September 15. – By decision of the Board of Directors of JSC Glavkosmos (part of Roscosmos), Anton Semin has been appointed as the new Director General of the company, effective Monday, September 15, 2025.
Anton Semin has been working in the aerospace industry since 2008. Over his 17 years at the Mera Group of Companies, he progressed from a specialist to the sales director, successfully managing commercial and project activities in his roles.
He was also responsible for implementing projects related to the reconstruction and development of bench test facilities at enterprises in the aerospace and rocket industries, as well as developing data collection and onboard parameter recording systems for spacecraft.
The newly appointed Director General has a proven track record of successful project implementation both in Russia and internationally.
Natalia Lokteva, who has headed Glavkosmos since February 2025, has now assumed the position of First Deputy Director General of Glavkosmos.
